Insurance Account Manager

Your Role As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their personal insurance coverages, addressing their needs, and advocating for them. Your responsibilities include: Managing client inquiries and policy changes. Assisting clients with their coverage needs. Regularly contacting clients to discuss policies and potential updates. Communicating with insurance carriers for quotes and policy endorsements. Reviewing all client renewals to ensure proper coverage. Staying updated on industry trends and regulations. Experienced: You hold a Property and Casualty license in Tennessee and have experience in a high-volume call environment. Adept Problem Solver: You enjoy finding solutions to complex challenges. Skilled Communicator: Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent analytical abilities. Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a typing speed of at least 45 WPM. Note: Nashville-based hires will work in-office during training. While this role is posted as hybrid, full-time remote arrangements may be available for experienced Personal Lines Account Managers who reside in Tennessee outside the Nashville area, based on location and business needs.
