B McCarley Ins and Fin Svc Inc

Remote (agency based in Hendersonville, TN — Central Time business hours) · full time · $42,000 – $50,000

A pure new-business sales seat at the Bryson McCarley Agency, a State Farm agency protecting families across TN, GA, KY, and MS since 2007 with a book approaching $6M in premium. This producer works sales all day, every day — leads, referrals, and X-dates for new households only. No inbound service queue, no policy-change tickets, no billing calls; our service team owns the existing book. The producer services their own written business for its first six months, then it transfers to the service and retention team. Reports to the Office Manager. We run on the Undeniable Mindset: excellence is non-negotiable, accountability is respect, and every policy written protects a family. Responsibilities: Call new leads within minutes of receipt; work X-dates; run a structured 7-day follow-up cadence Run a full needs analysis on every prospect and sell the household: auto + fire together, umbrella conversations built on liability education, and a life insurance conversation on every applicable household Target multiple applications per household, not single policies Close every sale with our referral conversation and build a self-sustaining referral pipeline Meet the BMA Daily Activity Standard (daily minimum of connected talk time, outbound dials, or written applications); numbers reviewed weekly, scoreboard-style Log every contact and activity in the BMA Hub (internal production platform) Complete the BMA Way Certified training track and master the CLOSE sales framework (Connect, Listen, Optimize, Story, Earn) Camera-on participation in weekly team and sales meetings Qualifications: MUST-HAVES: Property & Casualty license (or obtained before start — we guide candidates through it) Proven phone sales ability — this is a phone-first role; nearly all sales happen over the phone Dedicated, quiet, professional workspace with reliable high-speed internet Full availability during Central Time business hours; comfortable with time tracking via ADP CRM discipline and comfort being measured by activity numbers Self-managed structure — nobody walks by your desk; the scoreboard speaks for you NICE-TO-HAVES (strongly preferred): Life & Health license at hire (otherwise required within 90 days; agency sponsors exam prep) Multi-line insurance sales experience Traits we hire for: positive, driven, coachable, competitive, decisive and structured Benefits: Base salary paid semi-monthly (target band $42K–$50K depending on licensing and experience at hire) Uncapped shared commission tiers across auto, fire, premium, life, and health — unlocked each pay period by production; life carries our highest commission rate Full training investment and licensing sponsorship (exam prep paid by agency) Defined growth path toward senior production and specialty roles as the agency grows
